Quality begins from the inside. All of our upholstered furniture is made from solid hardwood 5/4" kiln dried lumber. [1] Corners are reinforced with dowels, corner blocks which are glued and screwed. Legs are part of the corner block to give maximum strength. [2] Most frames have an 8 way hand tied web and coil construction which is the very best construction available. [3] Sinous springs in the backs are cross tied and positioned every 4 inches. [4], [5] & [6] Frames are then padded with felt and foam before the fabric is upholstered to the frame. [7] Back cushions are often 100% dacron cut to shape. [8] Seat and back cushions are cut with precision to fit properly on each piece. [9] Standard seat cushions are 2.2 lbs. density polyurethane foam wrapped in dacron and covered in a cushion casing. Some cushions are a composite type combining several types and densities of foam within the cushion shape. This gives superb comfort and support. We also offer several combinations of down, blend down and special comfort cushions to get that seating comfort just right.

Choose from our broad range of solid hardwood furniture in mahogany, cherry, oak, maple and birch. Many of our pieces are hand rubbed and go through up to 25 steps in the finishing process to obtain that fine furniture finish.                                                    next->>
